How to Upgrade your Pricing Plan?
Upgrading allows you to unlock additional meeting capacity, AI features, and webcast capabilities. Upgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Go to My Subscription.
- Select the pricing plans.
- Once the pricing plan is finalised, select the upgraded button mentioned at bottom of the pricing plan tables.
How to Downgrade your Pricing Plan?
Downgrading moves your account to a lower-tier plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Go to My Subscription.
- Select the pricing plans.
- Once the downgraded plan is finalised, choose the downgraded pricing plan from the bottom of the pricing plan tables.
How to choose Annual Pricing?
- Alongside the billing plans, a toggle button from enabling annual pricing is present
- Toggle the button for annual pricing.
- The pricing plans will automatically update with the new pricing.
What are the Podcast Features available in the Pricing Plan?
- Invite up to 3 participants on stage.
- Have your own branding.
What are the Webinar Features
- You can choose languages, the maximum number of languages is 6.
- You can choose invitees, the minimum number of invitees is 100 and maximum is 300.
- You can select the duration of your webinar, duration is hourly based.
