All content available on this website and through Qorden AI Ltd.’s software products, platforms, applications, websites, APIs, SDKs, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) is owned by Qorden AI Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, database, and other intellectual property laws in the United Arab Emirates and other applicable jurisdictions. This includes, without limitation, all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, illustrations, audio, video, software, source code, object code, user interfaces, workflows, layouts, APIs, SDKs, documentation, databases, AI models, machine learning models, prompts, algorithms, training methodologies, AI-generated content, translations, transcripts, voice models, synthetic voices, configurations, system architecture, metadata, compilations, designs, and all other materials made available through the Services. The compilation, organization, selection, arrangement, and presentation of all content within the Services are the exclusive property of Qorden AI Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes and only in accordance with the applicable Terms of Service, Subscription Agreement, or other written agreement with Qorden AI Ltd. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or by written authorization from Qorden AI Ltd., you may not:
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sublicense, sell, lease, or commercially exploit any part of the Services;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, AI models, algorithms, prompts, workflows, or underlying technology of the Services;
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, frame, or use automated tools to extract content, data, outputs, metadata, or other materials from the Services;
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, proprietary notice, watermark, or attribution contained within the Services;
  • Use the Services or any portion thereof to develop, train, improve, benchmark, or create competing products or services, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Qorden AI Ltd. Unauthorized use of the Services may violate applicable intellectual property, copyright, trademark, trade secret, contractual, and other laws and may result in civil, criminal, or other legal remedies.

Trademarks

The Qorden name, the Qorden logo, all Qorden product names, service names, platform names, application names, feature names, technologies, trade dress, user interface designs, graphics, icons, slogans, and other branding elements are trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary identifiers of Qorden AI Ltd. or its affiliates, whether registered or unregistered, unless otherwise indicated. Nothing contained within the Services grants any license or right to use any Qorden trademark, logo, trade name, trade dress, or other proprietary branding without the prior written consent of Qorden AI Ltd. All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names referenced within the Services remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification or compatibility purposes where applicable.

Copyright Infringement Notices

Qorden AI Ltd. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. If you believe that any material available through the Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice containing the following information:
  • Your electronic or physical signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including sufficient information to enable Qorden to locate it within the Services;
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information contained in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, Qorden AI Ltd. will review the claim and may investigate, remove, restrict access to, or disable the allegedly infringing material where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.
