2.2.1 Inputs and references

  • You may submit prompts, images, video clips, and other references for the purpose of generating new outputs.
  • You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for any input you provide, including rights of publicity and privacy for any identifiable person and rights to any copyrighted or trademarked material.
  • You agree not to upload or reference any input that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited under these Terms or applicable law.

2.2.2 Likeness, deepfakes, and deception

  • You must not generate content that depicts or reasonably appears to depict a real, identifiable person without that person’s prior informed consent.
  • You must not generate content that is intended or likely to deceive, defraud, mislead, or impersonate, including political misinformation or manipulated media presented as authentic.
  • Synthetic likeness of private individuals who are not public figures is prohibited.

2.2.3 Restricted categories

  • Prohibited content includes sexual content, sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors, graphic violence or gore, hateful or harassing content, unlawful content, and content that invades privacy or exposes personal data.
  • Dubbix may block, blur, watermark, or refuse generation of content that appears to fall within restricted categories or that triggers safety systems.

2.2.4 Intellectual property

  • Do not request or create outputs that reproduce or are substantially similar to copyrighted works, branded characters, protected logos, or other proprietary material without authorization.
  • You are responsible for clearing any third-party rights that may be required for your intended use of the outputs, including music, fonts, and brand elements that you choose to include as inputs or overlays.

2.2.5 Provenance and safety

  • Dubbix may apply provenance signals or metadata and may participate in industry initiatives to help indicate that content was AI-generated or transformed. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any such markers where applied.

2.2.6 Disclaimers for generated media

  • Generated content may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results and may not be factually correct. You are solely responsible for verifying fitness for your use case and for all publication, distribution, and reliance decisions.

  • Do not clone or otherwise replicate the voice or performance of a real person without that person’s prior informed consent and any legally required releases.
  • You must not use voice outputs to impersonate any person, to mislead, or to commit fraud.

2.3.2 IP and performance rights

  • You are responsible for obtaining rights and clearances for scripts, performances, and any underlying works embodied in dubbed or transformed content.
  • You may not remove or alter any audio watermarks or safety markers where applied.
2.4 Avatar Creation Services

Dubbix provides tools to create digital avatars, which may be animated, lip-synced, or voice-driven.

2.4.1 Likeness and consent

  • If an avatar is modeled on a real person, you must have that person’s prior informed consent for capture, training, and intended uses, including commercial uses where applicable.
  • You must not create or deploy avatars that impersonate private individuals or that are used to deceive or mislead.

2.4.2 Usage and restrictions

Dubbix provides automated summarization and analysis of audio and video files, which may include transcription, translation, topic extraction, key moment detection, and short-form summary generation.

2.5.1 Accuracy and limitations

  • Summaries are machine-generated and may be incomplete, imprecise, or out of context. They are provided for convenience only and are not a substitute for the underlying content, professional advice, or human review.
  • You are responsible for validating any summary before relying on it for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-stakes purposes.

2.5.2 Lawful sources and permissions

  • You must have the right to upload and process any media that you submit for summarization, including consent from participants where required and compliance with applicable recording, wiretapping, and privacy laws.
2.6 Formats, processing, and storage
  • Supported input and output formats are listed in the product and may be updated from time to time. Processing times, quality, and fidelity may vary by file size, length, complexity, and system load.
  • Dubbix may set rate limits, usage caps, queueing, or other technical controls to maintain system integrity.
  • Content retention follows the Privacy Policy. Unless you opt to store content in your account, Dubbix does not retain your content beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
2.7 Rights in inputs and outputs

2.7.1 Inputs

  • You retain ownership of your inputs. You grant Dubbix a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, process, and transmit inputs solely to provide and maintain the services and to comply with law.

2.7.2 Outputs

  • Subject to these Terms and to any third-party rights in your inputs or references, and subject to your plan and any separate written agreement, Dubbix grants you a license to use outputs for your permitted purposes. You are responsible for securing any third-party permissions required for your intended use.
  • Dubbix does not guarantee that outputs will be unique or that the same or similar outputs will not be generated for other users.

2.7.3 Improvements and training

  • Dubbix does not use your inputs or outputs to train models unless you have provided an explicit, revocable opt-in as described in the Privacy Policy. Dubbix may use aggregated, de-identified telemetry to operate and improve the services.
2.8 Prohibited uses specific to these services

In addition to the general conduct rules, you must not:

  • Generate, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, invasive of privacy, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or exploitative of minors.
  • Impersonate or depict private individuals without consent, or public figures in a misleading way that is likely to cause harm.
  • Infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, or other proprietary right, including by reproducing protected logos, characters, or works without authorization.
  • Bypass or disable safety filters, provenance signals, watermarks, or access controls, or attempt to do so.
2.9 Moderation and enforcement
  • Dubbix may automatically or manually review inputs and outputs for compliance, may block prompts or generations, and may remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or poses legal or safety risk.
  • Dubbix may notify users of blocks or removals and may provide appeal channels where appropriate. Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
2.10 Third-party components and integrations
  • Some features may rely on third-party models, codecs, hosting, or content libraries. Your use of those components may be subject to additional terms. Dubbix is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
2.11 Service changes and beta features
  • Dubbix may release experimental or beta features that are provided as-is and may be changed or withdrawn without notice. Beta features may carry additional limitations, disclosures, or consent prompts.
2.12 Disclaimers specific to media services
  • Media generation, transformation, and summarization are inherently probabilistic. Outputs may not be accurate, complete, safe for all audiences, or suitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for review, testing, and compliance before any distribution or publication.
